Lectio is an assisted reading environment that lets you upload EPUB or text-based PDF/A files, save passages and notes, and reflect on what you read. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure and for all content you upload. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is entirely your responsibility.
You retain all rights to the files and notes you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us permission to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service.
Your reading data and saved activity are private to your account. When you use an AI feature, the prompt and relevant reading context are sent to the AI provider configured for Lectio to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Lectio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss or service interruption.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in the application itself.
